Members enjoyed the 2008 AGM held at Inkberrow Worcestershire on 5th April.
The highlight was a presentation to Richard Jackson to celebrate a momentous
40 years as Treasurer of the Steam Plough Club.
The meeting approved a proposal by the Committee to elect Robert Pelly,
Michael R Lane and Esmond Lewis-Evans as Vice President. This is a new
post for the Club and represents recognition of exemplary service to the
Club.
The Chairman, Officers and Committee were re-elected with the exception of
Richard Semple who has stood down.
Bob Fawcett exhibited his splendid 2" scale BB1 ploughing engine that was
much admired.
